New year, new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurs
Great news for entrepreneurs and businesses looking to establish an ApS: starting from January 1, 2025, the minimum capital requirement for founding a private limited company (ApS) has been reduced by half, from DKK 40,000 to DKK 20,000.
